Freshly Mown Hay

On my way to teach a metals class in the heart of Michigan Farmland, I saw this hill framed against the backdrop of a heavy cloud that was being illuminated by the setting sun.
It reminded me of many late summer days in the country. The hilled up cut hay waiting to be collected in neat rows against the chaos of the clouds.
