A photo taken by my daughter inspired this somewhat stylized version of a horse. It is done in soft pastel and panpastel on anthracite pastelmat. The name is taken from a song called “Palomino” by Mark Turnbull—where at the end he says “He’s a pal-o-mine-o”.
