On the Fence- Wanting to Fly

I am using uart paper and medium and soft pastels. As I started this plein aire painting as a portrait of a beautiful flower, it evolved guiding me and led me to this finished piece which left images of my sketch intermingling with theflower image which I felt was ready for flight!
