Elkhorn Slough, located along Highway 1 on the California Coast, sits at the entrance to the tiny town of Moss Landing (dead center between Monterey and Santa Cruz). It's a magical, special place that nature lovers, artists, and photographers simply can't get enough of. This was done one mid-afternoon as the fog was starting to roll back in and cool things off after a somewhat unusually warm day.
