This is a soft pastel on UART 400 grit paper. I used a liquified pastel under painting . This painting was inspired by a beautiful road view on Sauvie’s Island, Oregon after swimming in the Columbia River because all our pools are closed due to COVID. It expresses relaxation and joy during these difficult times.
