Fleeting Moment

I live in Florida and often paint the marshes and wildlife in this region. Inspiration for this painting, and most of my paintings is the rich diversity of Florida wildlife. The sunset is a view from Caladesi Island which is a short kayak from a nearby beach. I often do plein air sketches on this island and work them up into larger paintings later.
