Heartroot

The imperfection of the spoken language is so obvious and life is too complex and wonderful for the small number of words available to us to describe it. Thankfully, we can paint, and there are more colours to choose from than there are letters in the alphabet.
This little landscape in pastel speaks of the calm and the serenity of the countryside, where, like in the studio of the artist, we realize that words are not nearly as useful as they are made to be.
