This painting is the result of a challenge to create a painting using primarily Red-Orange, Orange, and Yellow Orange. Shopping in a grocery store, I saw a bin of Habanero peppers and saw these fit the color challenge. I took a photo and went to work. And, no, I didn't buy any Habaneros. According to PepperHead, Habaneros are 12 to 100 times hotter than Jalapenos! I'm happy to take their word for it.
