This curious seagull is painted exclusively with panpastels on pastelmat paper. He followed my daughter around in Alaska last year insisting she take his picture at every opportunity, which she felt obliged to do. I thought about putting in some soft pastels for detail, but I didn’t think he would approve. Thank you, George.
